The nation-wide release of 'The fight rules' movie starts in Belarus!

Nation-wide release of a first Ukrainian sports action movie 'The Fight Rules' directed by Aleksey Shapariev starts on March 30 in 12 cities of Belarus.

For the first time in the history of Ukrainian cinema our movie will receive a full-scale release abroad. The first country to show the film is Belarus, where The Fight Rules premieres on March 30.

As producers of the film promised earlier, movie will be released not only in Ukraine. It has reached international level and viewers of other countries will have an opportunity to get acquainted with Ukrainian cinema too.

The special feature of the movie is that all the battles of the picture heroes were staged by Hollywood stars choreographer Sergey Zhytnikovsky who also starred in the movie. Also The Fight Rules became a cinema debut for the current world boxing champion Oleksandr Usyk and the frontman of the O.Torvald band Jenia Galich, who will be representing Ukraine at the Eurovision-2017 song contest in Kyiv.

Movie tells about former well-known Olympic champion Karpov (Aleksey Gorbunov) who traines his son Igor (Jenia Galich) for the champion’s fight and takes Taras (Vlad Nikituk) as a sparring partner for his son. Taras is an ordinary street guy who, by force of circumstances, has to take a place of coach’s son and fight in the final fight against huge opponent.
